> Tenantvo is rent ledger and document software for landlords in the United States who manage their own units. It publishes free documents a letting produces (a landlord reference letter, a 30 day notice to vacate, a move-in and move-out inspection checklist), each worked from the landlord's own figures, and sells one paid plan that keeps the rent ledger: every unit, every tenant, what was charged, what was paid and what is owed. It publishes no legal advice and no state tenancy law.
