Should a landlord buy property management software instead?
If you manage other people's property for a fee, or run a portfolio with staff, buy property management software: it is built for owners, statements and trust accounting, and this is not. Tenantvo is for the landlord who owns the units and does the work.
The comparison is category level and names no product and no price. What a particular platform charges is on that vendor's own pricing page, and this site quotes no competitor's figure.
