What this service is

Tenantvo is software for a landlord's own record: free worksheets that produce the documents a letting generates, and a paid plan that keeps the rent ledger.

How we are paid

Tenantvo Pro is $19 a month, billed monthly by Ellul Solutions Ltd. We are the vendor and you pay us directly for the software, with no intermediary and no commission from anybody else in it. It renews until you cancel it from your account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Tenantvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Tenantvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index lists every free sheet on this site with what it works out, and can be downloaded as a CSV.

No warranty

The worksheets do the arithmetic printed beside them on the figures you enter. What notice your state requires, how long you have to return a deposit and whether a lease clause is enforceable are not decided here, and this site gives no legal advice.
